For some business owners selling their business is the most viable strategic alternative for liquidating their personal wealth. The sale of a business can have many suitors; either internal or external to the organization. Internal prospects may consist of a dedicated management team that possesses the skills necessary to achieve longevity within the organization. External prospects include competitors seeking to expand their market share and new business owners searching for financial independence.
At Private Equity Transitions, LLC our goal is to explore all available options in order to provide the business owner with the best possible alternative for liquidating the wealth in the organization in accordance with their goals and needs.
